Driver Coaching
Andy enjoys supporting drivers of all abilities, from novices taking their first footsteps into motorsport through to experienced racers looking to improve. He tailors his approach to meet each client’s needs, based both on their experience level and specific goals, to provide one to one tuition.
A career background in senior leadership roles in the corporate world brings a wealth of skills across communication, engagement and a focus on personal development and coaching, which Andy has translated into his role as a Motorsport Instructor and Driver Coach.
Motivation comes from seeing others grow in confidence, and build their track driving skills that they can take away and use to continue to develop their performance.

My Approach
As an ARDS Instructor and Motorsport UK Certified Driver Coach, Andy is able to offer in-car Coaching on track days and test days in your car, but also able to offer support out of the car with experience in Video and Data (AIM and VBOX) analysis, as well as simulator/sim racing work. The key is to find the approach that works for you and your car, and enables us to work together developing your skills.
In-car
Where your car can be setup with a passenger seat, Andy can join you to provide instruction in real time, and further coaching outside on the car. This enables full view of the driver inputs and a feel for what the car is doing, above what can be seen in video and data analysis.
Track side
Andy can attend track days, test days and race events to provide direct driver support and coaching. Through pre-session discussions, session plans we can ensure clear focus on progression and development, and post-session reviews and de-brief to embed learning.
Simulator
Sim racing is more than playing video games, used in the right way it can be a powerful tool to develop skills, learning new tracks, developing reaction times, building important muscle memory, that can be translated to the real world. Sim coaching can be provide remotely or in person.
Data Analysis
Away from the race track Video and Data analysis can help a driver reflect and assess on performance, and plan future in car session. Andy can help by reviewing in-car footage, and assessing telemetry data to provide expert analysis and advice to set improvement steps.

If you need a pro-driver or Instructor for your corporate or brand promotion event Andy can provide his engaging approach to represent your organisation, with his driving/instructing services. Having worked with the likes of BMW, Audi and Pirelli before.
Hot Laps Rides
With extensive experience giving hot lap thrill rides to customers, in a safe and secure manner, Andy ensures everyone goes away with a smile on their face.
Co-Driving
Andy is available for Co-driving and Coaching in your race car. Andy has experience in endurance and sprint racing and happy to partner with owner/drivers to deliver success.
